Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with acceptance practice and skill building for coping with stressors best describe my clinical approach. My hope is to cultivate a strong therapeutic alliance between us. I am licensed in Washington state, and graduated from the University of Washington.
The natural world, friends, community engagement, sports, literature, film, theater, and music all charge my batteries. I am steadfast in my dedication to the advancement of the rights and wellbeing of the LGBTQ+ community, and am a committed BIPOC ally. Therapy helped me change my narrative and my actual life.
