My clinical interests include working with individuals coping with anxiety, mood disorders, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, parents of young children, ADHD, stress management, life transitions, self-esteem and relationship related issues including boundary setting and communication skills.
I have experience working with a variety of ages in the inpatient and partial psychiatric setting, medical hospital, outpatient settings and substance abuse field. My primary treatment modalities are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution- Focused, Brainspotting and other mindfulness techniques.
As a clinician I take a holistic approach, making sure to take into consideration all aspects of your life. I believe in taking a strengths-based perspective to give you the courage and motivation to implement the changes you wish to make in your life.
