My goal in therapy is to provide a safe space to my clients to feel heard and understood. It's hard in everyday life to overcome the challenges that our mind creates, and I hope to help clients work through the issues that comes with being human and living in today's society. I offer a warm, safe, nonjudgemental space for my clients to be their authentic selves.
My specialities include working with trauma, anxiety, self-esteem, and stress. For individual therapy, I use a psychodynamic approach with elements of internal family systems as well as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I work with both couples and individuals.
In addition to my therapeutic modalities and specialties, I am familiar with bicultural/ cross cultural issues after living in Europe for several years in my life. I also was a young professional and researcher and can work with such clients. I look forward to hearing from you!
