My role as your therapist is to guide you through and out of these difficult experiences so that you can enjoy the beautiful moments in life but also cope with its challenges.

When working together, symptom reduction is often a focus area to improve your day-to-day. When symptoms become stable, sessions typically focus on exploring the roots from which symptoms stemmed. This can look like processing past experiences, reshaping beliefs of self, and restoring relationships whether that is the one you have with yourself or others.
