I am trained in EMDR but I also utilize other modalities such as CBT, ERP, and interpersonal therapy. We will build on existing strengths while developing new coping skills which will help you thrive.

This is a virtual CBT based skills group for new mothers who are experiencing perinatal or post partum anxiety/and or depression. We practice CBT strategies, process the joys and challenges of motherhood, learn new coping skills and build lasting relationships/friendships with other new moms.
