My primary focus is working with trauma and anxiety. I utilize a solution-focused, client-centered CBT approach to address the root cause of any client issue and collaboratively discover ways to improve the client's situation. In December of 2017 I completed the intro level 200 hour of Yoga Therapy. I recently completed a 500hr Foundations in Viniyoga certification and will be going on to complete another 500hr training for yoga therapy. I may suggest mindfulness, yoga, meditation and breathing exercises. I hope to partner with you on your journey into self-care and holisitic healing.
I am trained in EMDR and am really passionate about helping others work through trauma. I am getting certified in Yoga Therapy 1000hr under the training of Gary Kraftsow in the Viniyoga lineage. I am constantly getting educated on CBT from the Beck Institute and learning new ways to help clients.
