My intention is to provide an accepting and compassionate space to allow for healing, growth and change to occur. I seek to empower you to make helpful changes in your life, as well as helping facilitate healing from trauma and other issues in life that may have prevented you from allowing the fullest expression of yourself. My aim is to promote enhanced resiliency, self-love, and evidence-based clinical tools to help you create the life you want, and to help you find freedom from patterns that no longer serve you. My goal is to provide an environment in which to facilitate positive changes, personal growth and self-empowerment.
I provide individual counseling to those seeking more from life -- more resilience, contentment and ease. I specialize in trauma, PTSD, depression and anxiety disorders, abuse and neglect issues, spiritual issues, relationship issues, chronic pain and health issues and other issues or patterns that you seek to change.
I accept fee for service and Ohio Workers' Compensation claims at this time.
