Hi there! My name is Maggie and I am so glad you are here. As someone who went to therapy as a child and an adult, I understand that reaching out can feel overwhelming, so let me applaud you on taking this first step. I believe therapy is a beneficial tool for anyone who is looking to grow, change, or heal and I consider it a privilege to work with individuals through the highs and lows of life. While I have been trained for a variety of needs, I have a focus specifically on trauma, spirituality, emotion regulation, relationships, and connection.
My licensure also gives me a unique perspective for those seeking couples or family therapy. For children specifically, I believe there is no age limit to therapy and have experience seeing families from a variety of backgrounds. I am passionate about empowering parents out of shame and children into felt safety and self-worth.
