My expertise lies in supporting children, adolescents & adults experiencing anxiety and/or trauma using evidence-based methods. I am also passionate about supporting parents, who can often feel overwhelmed, alone, & disconnected from their children and themselves, to reconnect and experience the joy of parenting.
