I help high-achieving women heal early trauma so they can have happier relationships and more fulfilling careers. Trauma often masks as more visible mental health issues like depression, anxiety, addiction, burnout, and relationship difficulties at home and work. When people do the work to identify and heal their early trauma, these other issues tend to be much easier to manage. Without treating the underlying trauma, people often struggle for years without making the kind of progress they're working so hard to make.
As a certified Brainspotting therapist, I combine talk therapy, internal parts work, attachment theory, and brain-based trauma treatment. This integration of methods provides deep, holistic, and lasting change. If you've been in therapy before and felt disappointed, you'll find a different experience with this kind of work.
