At my core, I am a relational therapist and do my best work with couples, non-monogamous romantic partnerships, and families of all forms, including co-parents who are no longer in romantic partnerships. I believe that systemic therapy is a way to create meaningful change and get unstuck from the patterns that no longer serve us.
My therapy practice is guided by my values, which include actively working to dismantle oppressive structures and pursuing liberation, especially for those who might hold marginalized identities. Our work together is a collaborative exploration of possible futures influenced by solution-focused and narrative therapy modalities.
My practice is entirely virtual and serves people located in Washington State. I am a fat, queer Native person (Amskapi Piikani) living on sx̌ʷəbabš, Puyallup, Duwamish, Suquamish and Muckleshoot lands.
