Among other modalities, I practice Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy to heal trauma and address negative beliefs that contribute to anxiety and depression. I enjoy working with parents during the perinatal period and beyond, both to support them in their own healing and in connecting with and parenting their children.
