I utilize a collaboration of client-centered and psychodynamic therapy to help you explore the different parts of self that may be experiencing distress. Together, we will work to bring understanding and insight to the behaviors, thoughts, and feelings that may be causing confusion.
I have extensive experience in treating eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I enjoy working with adults, adolescents, couples, families, and the LGBTQIA+ community. I have a background in working in early childhood development centers, high schools, eating disorder and substance abuse treatment centers, and facilitating group therapy.
