I specialize in providing support to adolescents, teens, and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, and grief. My approach is rooted in person-centered therapy (Rogerian therapy) where you are the expert in your life and I am the expert in therapy and we work together as a team.

My style as a therapist is warm, casual, and understanding. I aim to create a safe and trusting space where clients can openly explore the impact of their experiences, thoughts, and behaviors on their lives. I offer a space where you can speak your mind without the fear of being judged or dismissed.
