I primarily work with adult and college-age clients, specializing in trauma, attachment/relational wounds, depression, and anxiety. Do you feel like you have been putting a bandaid on old wounds and traumas rather than getting to the core and healing them? Our work together often involves identifying unhealthy patterns that are being repeated, exploring the origin of these patterns, and learning new ways of coping. As your therapist, I want to empower you to explore and pursue the changes needed to meet your goals and heal old wounds. Providing therapy that is supportive, understanding, comfortable, and safe is my top priority. I do this by building our therapeutic relationship from a place of compassion and acceptance.
I find it extremely important to establish a sense of safety and support for you to express yourself. I’m a person-centered therapist, meaning I approach counseling as a collaborative process with you being the expert on your life and experiences.
