Transforming Struggle into Strength: A Support Group for your Intrusive Thoughts and Inflexible Thinking. This group is geared towards young adults with anxiety and/or OCD struggling with intrusive, inflexible thinking patterns. The group’s mission is to help members gain support and community by decreasing loneliness and shame surrounding their cognitive distortions.
