Monthly Get Well Gatherings
Our Monthly get well gatherings are a great opportunity to dive deeper into every facet of holistic health and wellness. They usually occur the last Monday of the month from 6:30-7:30pm and are completely free. Registration is required to reserve spot due to limited spacing however. Each month you will have the opportunity to learn and discuss everything from stress reduction, to couples connection, to foundations of health, gut health and nutrition, and MORE!
