This group is to help women who are diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder cope with life challenges. This group is for you - If you struggle with anxiety and depression, feeling overwhelmed, and misunderstood; If you are exhausted and disoriented by having to “mask” or camouflage to fit into a neurotypical world; If you have difficulties navigating social and family relationships; If you are struggling in the workplace.
