Welcome, I'm so glad you're here. As a therapist, my goal is to provide a safe and nurturing environment for my clients to heal, grow, and show up comfortably as their authentic selves. It is important to me that I provide a space that promotes collaboration, is compassion-focused, and non-judgmental. I strive to serve as a guide working collaboratively with clients to promote healing and growth through support, compassion, and empowerment.
I practice from an LGBTQIA+ & gender-affirming, intersectional, and neuro-affirming standpoint. I utilize an inclusive, trauma-informed approach that pulls from acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness, polyvagal theory, and other modalities and techniques. I tailor therapy specifically to you, as each healing journey is different.
I believe the point of life is to learn and grow through the challenges we face while embracing our fully authentic selves. I work to guide clients to greater self-compassion, joy, and fulfillment in their lives. Together I believe that we can overcome the hardships of the past to make room for the beauty of the future.
