Through a dedicated therapeutic relationship, I hope to offer support, guidance and empowerment in a safe and confidential space meant for growth and change. I utilize cognitive behavioral, motivational interviewing, and am trained in EMDR to address trauma and/or PTSD. I also have specialized training in working with Perinatal and Postpartum mothers through the transitions and difficulties of motherhood.
I offer in-person or telehealth therapy services with flexible scheduling to meet client's needs.
