Getting to know the different parts of you, including those parts that most of us tend to reject and/or repress 2. Examining and deconstructing cultural messages you may have received growing up around sexuality, gender, vulnerability, & intimacy 3. Working to reveal the underbelly of shame by allowing it to transform into your greatest strength.
I currently work at Through Therapy Collective in Minneapolis, focusing on serving the LGBTQIA+ community, young adults navigating trauma & life transitions, and individuals and couples seeking sex therapy. I completed coursework for AASECT (sex therapy) certification & completed my master's in marriage and family therapy from University of Wisconsin-Stout.
