As a therapist, I am dedicated to helping my clients obtain a healthier mindset and overall lifestyle. I believe beginning therapy, whether it be for you or your child, is a brave and sometimes challenging choice. I also understand therapy can be a daunting experience. I aim to make this process as comfortable as possible. Therapy should be a safe place where individuals can identify and express difficult emotions. I believe treatment should be individualized to each client, but I commonly utilize Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and I enjoy incorporating art and other expressive therapies.
I am passionate about working with LGBTQIA+ and gender nonconforming individuals. Understanding you or your child's sexuality or gender identity can be difficult. I am happy to assist in that process and hopefully help you achieve a happier home. I also offer referrals for gender affirming care.
