Whatever your challenges, we will move together carefully and consciously in an open, non-judgmental and supportive environment. The process of change can happen subtly and steadily or a realization can burst into a huge leap forward. As insight and strength grow, you will be naturally inspired to make concrete and positive change. After serving in the field of mental health for 25 years, I have seen evidence of our work in the confidence and successes of my clients.

My specialty lies in empowering others. This includes my ability to carefully listen, clarify, and collaborate towards development of a client's vision. Intense in my focus, I will accurately assess and simplify obstacles. Together we'll determine a workable plan to achieve your goals that is also comfortable to implement.

I am bilingual in American Sign Language and work cross-culturally with Deaf individuals. As a NYC school social worker, I received awards for my work with students after evacuating on 9/11. Certified in CBT, I completed post-grad studies at the Gestalt Institute of Philadelphia in May, 2020. Also offering EMDR for folks struggling with effects of trauma.
