I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions. You may have had a loss that has left you unable to participate in your own life the way you hoped. My goal as a therapist is to work with you to find the tools that are a solid fit for you and to help you find positive, healthy ways to manage and thrive.

Together, we will explore ideas and techniques that will serve as tools for your unique situation. At all times, this is your therapy session. If something is not working, we move on to find the strategies that work for you.
