Hey! I’m Lucy (She/Her), I help clients process complex trauma and sexual trauma through EMDR and creative expression. I imagine trauma is coming up that you thought was worked through but now you are realizing that you are not trusting yourself or others and your body is stuck responding as it did in the past even though things are different now. I work with sensitive souls who have felt like a burden for having needs and feel they are not enough and too much at the same time. Through our work you can build trust with yourself, your body and find relief from past trauma through 50 min, EMDR Intensives and/ or extended sessions.
Our work together is collaborative! We build a personalized creative tool kit for supporting you both inside and outside of session. It is my intention for our space to be one where you feel understood, validated and appreciated. We explore through grounding, collage, drawing, imagery cards, writing and metaphors alongside EMDR.
It can feel magical doing this Somatic EMDR and Creative work with clients! Being witness to clients finding healing within themself, trusting self and their intuition while feeling into their power and voice is such an honor! This is a creative, mindful therapy group for Highly Sensitive self-Identified Women (Age 24-28) where you can experientially learn creative tools and mindfulness practice around self care, building self compassion, connecting with an intimate circle of folks who are tapping into their sensitive gifts and intuition.
