Ongoing, open group for adults (18+) who regularly engage in or are curious about Kinky/BDSM relationships. Sometimes communities, polycules, friends groups, munch groups, play groups, experience intrapersonal conflict and public events are rarely a helpful space to learn how to talk and feel our ways through. Many therapists and non-kinky friends don’t understand the unique experiences power dynamics can create in these complex relationships. We decided to set up a support group to provide space for folks to process traumatic community events, community wide drama, interpersonal conflicts, and intrapersonal concerns in a supportive space without any play.

Supervision Group
I have decided to provide supervision through a new supervision group. My specialties include feminism informed gender therapy and kink/non-monogamy/polyamory knowledgeable relationship therapy for adolescents and adults. My methods include ACT, Gottman, IFS, Polyvagal, Non-violent Communication, and facilitating Imago dialogue with relationship clients. I believe who I am as a human affects and informs my work as a counselor. I adore supporting clients in dismantling people-pleasing behaviors reinforcing cultural expectations and cultivating authenticity.
