I specialize in working with individuals navigating work/life/family balance, acute and chronic trauma, teen girls, fertility/pregnancy, significant illness, and loss including suicide survivors. A strong value I have is developing a meaningful relationship with my clients built on security, respect, compassion, and healing. My approach is collaborative and holistic, guided by empirically-validated treatments. I have a particular focus in Attachment Focused EMDR and cognitive behavior therapy, as well as depth and somatic work. Many of my patients also like to integrate their faith. Some clients have short-term treatment, whereas others benefit from deeper, more sustained work.
