I can teach you better ways to cope with difficult situations, recognize your feelings, and restructure your thoughts. You are the expert, and I will give you the tools to cope. I will work with you to heal and bring balance and happiness back into your life.
My experience is extensive, helping clients with anxiety, depression, relationship issues and, trauma. Therapy will be tailored to your individual needs. We will work together, using evidenced-based theories, such as EMDR, to help you heal. I will encourage you to find other resources to increase awareness related to the mind-body connection.
