The methods I am trained in are proven and effective in releasing self-defeating thought patterns, negative emotions, and moving beyond trauma. These methods allow my clients to live happier, healthier and more meaningful lives. I am certified in EMDR, trained in IFS, Ego State Therapy, and the Early Childhood Trauma Protocol.

COUPLES: If you and your partner are unable to keep from getting caught in negative patterns, and all your attempts for closeness backfire, you may be a good fit for Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy. I am trained in EFCT which is a world renowned couple’s therapy model that is highly effective and based on Attachment Theory and Attachment Styles research.
