I can help you with managing your symptoms of anxiety, depression, post traumatic stress disorder, or just your everyday struggles. I specialize in the treatment of post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), as I am trained in the treatment modality known as eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). I also utilize CBT, DBT and other therapies.
Taking the first step to make that initial appointment is the hardest, especially when you are sharing sensitive and personal information. I will provide a safe and confidential environment for you to share you story. Additionally, I will try to accommodate your needs for appointment times.
