I am a trauma informed therapist who works from an intersectional lens to support my clients, especially those who have traditionally been misunderstood by the mental healthcare system. I work with clients who have experienced trauma, are undergoing major life changes or transitions, and who are exploring their identity and goals. I specialize in working with queer and non-monogamous clients and am affirming of kink and sex work. I also have unique experience working with religious and spiritual abuse, asexuality, those questioning their religious beliefs, neurodiversity, burnout, and self identified "former gifted kids."
I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role in the therapeutic process is to walk with you on your journey to explore yourself and your feelings. My goal is to create a space where you don't feel the need to explain yourself or justify your feelings. Treatment is always tailored to each individual based on your unique needs.
