I am a trauma informed therapist who works from an intersectional lens to support my clients, especially those who have traditionally been misunderstood by the mental healthcare system. I work with clients who have experienced trauma, are undergoing major life changes, and who are exploring their identity and goals. I specialize in working with queer and non-monogamous clients and am affirming of kink and sex work. I also have unique experience working with religious and spiritual abuse, asexuality, those questioning their religious beliefs, neurodiversity, burnout, and self identified "former gifted kids."
You are the expert on your own life and I believe my role in the therapeutic process is to walk with you on your journey towards the best version of yourself. Therapy is not "one size fits all" so I use an eclectic approach pulling from different modalities to meet each client's unique needs. I collaborate with my clients to find what is going to work best.
