Life can be hectic and at times a bit overwhelming and sometimes we all need a safe place to vent. As a marriage and family therapist I do my best to offer my clients such a space, where they can discover tools and techniques to address challenges.
I work with individuals, couples, and families who seek assistance with life challenges. In accepting clients I assist those struggling with depression, grief, marital problems, substance abuse, anxiety, and child-parent problems, as well as a variety of other concerns.
