Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery, and in my sessions I promote a positive outlook and the adoption of new beliefs and reactions. I have the tools and professional experience to help you get back on track. Emotional healing begins by sharing your story.

I offer a 30 min consultation session via phone before you have to make any commitment or have any costs. Studies have shown the overall quality of your relationship with your counselor is the single most important factor that determines how much benefit you'll get out of your counseling.
