I am a trauma therapist and clinical supervisor. You do not have to live with difficult emotions. I draw from a variety of modalities to meet your specific needs and goals.
I work with adults. I primarily utilize EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Structural Dissociation, Safe and Sound Protocol, Somatic Experiencing, Mindfulness Practices, and DBT, but my approach to therapy is eclectic.
