I am a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist with extensive experience in providing a wide range of psychotherapy services. I address each individual's needs using an integrative, strength-based approach, including CBT techniques, neuroscience, mindfulness & stress reduction techniques, positive psychology and much more.
EFP is where the horse is included in session. This modality works well due to the horse's sensitivity to emotional states. Horses pick up subtle emotions and reflect back without judgement or words. I offer a complimentary 30 minute "Meet & Greet" to see if this modality works for you.
