Accepting new clients! I am passionate about providing counseling services to adults struggling with life transitions: grief and loss, college, career, and relationships, as well as, anxiety, depression, trauma and stress. I enter a therapeutic relationship as an engaging, compassionate, empathetic, and open-minded therapist, often using humor and warmth to set you at ease. I work collaboratively with clients to identify, plan, and reach individualized goals and desired outcomes. I am honored to provide a safe healing space for clients to explore challenges, and gain insight and awareness to effect change.
My experience is in family and college counseling centers. I utilize therapeutical approaches including person-centered, solution-focused brief, and cognitive behavioral therapies tailoring specific skills and techniques to meet client needs. I support and empower clients with skills and insights needed to overcome obstacles and experience meaningful growth.
