Exclusively telehealth. My goal is to promote the growth and well-being of couples and individuals who seek therapy for the resolution of problematic symptoms or states. The therapeutic process is guided by the outcome you desire for yourself and your relationships. I use a collaborative, strength-based approach to assess strengths and recognize areas for growth. I will help you become aware of how old habits and patterns of interaction are interfering with present connections. Sessions will be geared towards building on strengths while developing new skills to help cope with current & future stressors and create positive change.
I have a special interest in helping mend ruptured relationships. If you are a couple, I will help you figure out if you're not sure how to move forward or whether to move on. I can assist in navigating through life transitions & move towards positive ways of managing change. My approach is rooted in the systems theory. I also use the Gottman Method.
