I am an expert in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and helping people who have undergone trauma or losses. I utilize a trauma lens in my work. I have specialty training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I also use mindfulness-based strategies.
In addition to treating trauma, depression, anxiety and relationship/ family issues, I am experienced in cultural-related issues, including, third culture kids, third culture families, immigration, and inter-cultural and inter-faith relationships.
