I work with Autistic and Allistic adults & think outside the box through innovative ways, which may include art, music, & writing, to help you on your path. I am Neurodivergent affirming. I provide teletherapy from the comfort of your home. My clients describe me as relatable, quirky, safe, open and easy to to be themselves with.
I use traditional Talk Therapy, Dialectal Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing & Polyvagal to help clients process whatever may be holding them back from enjoying their present. Some of my niches include autism, trauma, anxiety, depression, boundaries, neurodivergence, and anyone struggling to find their path and place in this world.
