I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who specializes in eating disorders, mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and family dynamics. Having worked in a variety of settings including a residential eating disorder treatment center, substance abuse programs, and other outpatient services, I am equipped with a number of skills and interventions to help guide my clients through their individual processes. I work with many teenagers and adults to get in touch with their true selves and live a meaningful life that works for them.
My clinical style is an integration of different therapeutic approaches. In therapy, we work together to make choices that will lead us towards meaning and purpose, even when it's hard. By recognizing our own thoughts and patterns, we then gain awareness to begin retraining the brain and making change.
