Therapy is not about "just talking" or only "learning coping skills", but rather understanding the reasons why we developed the patterns we have, and then learning how to think and act in a different way to create a happier life.

My 20+ years in working with situational and relational trauma has taught me a balance of compassion, guidance, and simply being "a real person", because that is what helped my own healing journey. I mix my sassy/swearing side with my spiritual (not religious) side, and often incorporate Spiritual Guidance tools to help shift how you feel about yourself.
