I am fully trained in EMDR by an EMDRIA-certified trainer. I also use Emotion-Focused therapy (EFT), for couples as well as individuals. I often use Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to assist with skill development. I adapt interventions to suit what you need.
