As a licensed mental health counselor with a PhD in mental health counseling I am dedicated to assisting individuals in navigating and understanding their maladaptive thoughts and behaviors and working towards optimal functioning. Utilizing evidence-based interventions I am able to assist my clients in achieving their individualized treatment goals.
I have over 5 years of experience in the field. My treatment specialities include eating disorders, grief, family/relationship issues, life transitions, anxiety and depression. I offer both individual and family therapy. My theoretical approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral while taking in to account each individual's unique needs.
The therapeutic process is a collaborative one, and I am committed to working with individuals to achieve their personal therapeutic goals. I am currently seeing clients in my office in Hartsdale, NY. I am licensed in both NY and CT and can see clients virtually as well.
