I work with pre-teens, adolescents, and adults with concerns including procrastination and unwanted habits, low self-esteem, generalized and social anxiety, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, depression, and interpersonal difficulties. I have specialized training in TEAM-CBT, a highly effective CBT framework developed by renowned psychiatrist Dr. David Burns.
