I invite you to join me on a journey to take control of your life & to rediscover balance and peace. I am a clinical social worker with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. I focus on helping adolescents & adults with an array of needs including unresolved trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, life transitions, grief & loss, relationship problems, health problems, parenting issues and more.

I take into consideration the "whole person" as we work towards healing the mind, body, and spirit, helping you create a life in which you can thrive. We will use evidence-based interventions tailored to your strengths & needs, such as eye movement therapies, EFT tapping, ecotherapy, IFS-informed, CBT/DBT, or KAP. We can meet on a hike, in office, or online.
