Our teens, twenties and thirties are transitional years of growth, clarity, and exploration, which can feel equally scary and exciting! Whether you are experiencing anxiety and stress, are navigating a difficult relationship with food and/or your body, or are wanting to feel more connected to yourself and loved ones, know that you don't have to do it alone! I am passionate about supporting college and adult women as they identify who they are, what is important to them, and how to live a life where they feel fulfilled, connected, and energized. I also have a personal passion for supporting equestrians with their mental health needs.
I enjoy working with those who tend to be both reflective and self-critical while constantly feeling the need to prove themselves. You may know that you want things to be different, but you’re feeling stuck with where to begin. I can help you learn how to be compassionate with yourself, while also challenging those beliefs that no longer support you.
I incorporate mind and body based strategies to help you develop your awareness and make sustainable changes. My approach is warm, relatable, and often includes humor when appropriate to help you feel more comfortable in telling your story. My hope is that you'll re-develop a sense of joy and fulfillment, and feel passionate about the life you are living.
