I provide individual therapy services to individuals with a primary focus on treating adolescents, young adults and adults struggling with life transitions and challenges. In addition to the stressors and challenges of life changes, I have significant experience working with individuals who experienced trauma in childhood. The primary treatment methods I use in my practice include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, EMDR, Trauma Focused Therapies and more. I will work with you to develop a treatment plan that meets your needs.

I bring significant experience to the field in the understanding, diagnosing and treatment of childhood trauma. I have significant training and experience in the impact of child trauma and how these experiences impact individuals at different life stages.

I work with client's who are 14 years of age and older and who have a history of childhood abuse, intergenerational trauma, family dysfunction, life transitions, depression and anxiety. During the initial session we will explore the issues that are most concerning to you and develop a plan for treatment. Most of my clients see symptoms gradually begin to improve within the first 4-6 sessions.
