I am an anxiety and OCD specialist who works with those who are ready to reclaim their lives by kicking OCD and anxiety to the curb. I am trained in CBT, ERP, I-CBT, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing. OCD is a complex disorder and your therapist understanding its presentation of both mental and physical compulsions is necessary for successful treatment.
