I am relationally grounded, attachment focused and trauma centered; I believe that understanding and healing occurs in the context of our relationships, and therapy at its core is the building and deepening of a relationship.
I have postgraduate training in relational analytic theory and practice, and I have received training in psychedelic integration, MDMA assisted therapy for PTSD and ketamine assisted therapy.
