I am a trauma informed therapist and use an integrative approach that incorporates Attachment Theory, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Gottman Method, and Mindfulness. I am Gottman Level 1 and 2 trained and am particularly passionate about helping individuals create relationships that feel secure and happy.
